NHSF blog launched
We're pleased to announce that the NHSF blog Heritage Science. Fact not Fiction is now live. To celebrate British Science Week (March 13th-22nd) we're exploring the wonderful and amazing world of science in heritage and, in particular, the people behind it.
In a unique series of posts for Science Week we're profiling a different heritage scientist every day, including NHSF trustees, to find out more about them and the work that they do. So far we've been fascinated by a late Ming watercolour map of Britain, purple moor grass and a bronze age burial site, microscopic sandstone, 500 year old tapestries and newly revealed text of a fire damaged copy of Magna Carta. Come in and see!
